Falconis Solutions Ltd designs and delivers Custom Solutions for membership-based and archive-led organisations, including secure membership platforms, digital archive and records systems, data dashboards, and governance-aligned digital services for associations, Community Interest Companies and not-for-profit bodies.
As part of its business development and marketing activity, Falconis Solutions Ltd has supported a limited number of UK heritage and community organisations operating in regulated environments. This activity enables Falconis Solutions Ltd to demonstrate technical capability, develop sector-specific expertise, and showcase the practical application of its Custom Solutions in real-world operational settings.

How We Work
Falconis Solutions brings together multidisciplinary teams that cut across strategy, engineering and assurance. We help departments define target architectures, build capability and transfer knowledge so that services remain sustainable beyond our engagement.
Principal Architect
Gary Grant Fletcher leads the Falconis Solutions technical practice, bringing more than two decades of architecture and engineering leadership across national security, justice and critical national infrastructure programmes. A seasoned AWS specialist, Gary brings deep knowledge of platform architecture, DevOps and security domains, underpinned by extensive hands-on delivery experience.
Prior to founding Falconis Solutions, Gary established cloud engineering practices and mobile architecture practices various UK government and blue chip clients through complex migrations, multi-region platform resilience patterns and strategic assurance reviews. He combines pragmatic delivery oversight with hands-on experience across Terraform, serverless architectures, data analytics platforms and zero-trust controls to keep mission services secure and available.
